Tax He has for many years specialised in estate and capital tax planning for high net worth individuals and their various trust and corporate vehicles with a particular emphasis upon offshore trusts and taxation issues, and allied questions of conflicts of law.
Property He regularly advises and drafts (and, if necessary, litigates) in relation to options, easements, restrictive covenants and boundaries, often for substantial property developers, quarry owners or minerals lessees. He also has considerable experience of joint venture agreements.
Partnership Andrew is a leading junior in partnership matters and undertakes both creative drafting litigation and dispute resolution in this field. The concerns of solicitors’ partnerships are a particular speciality.
