Norman Palmer and Oliver Hilton recently acted for the Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre it its application for for the return of aboriginal remains forming part of the Natural History Museum's collection. Gilead Cooper QC was also instructed on behalf of the TAC when the museum commenced its own action in the Chancery Division in relation to probate issues in the claim. The dispute was eventually resolved by mediation.
