&lt;p&gt;His appointment takes effect from 19 March 2012.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Richard joins Ogier having developed a distinguished reputation in commercial litigation and insolvency through cases in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
