The conference was attended by leading practitioners from England, the USA, Bermuda, the Caribbean and the Channel Islands. ??The conference brought together topical issues relating to international hedge-fund and trust litigation and revolved around a central theme of ‘tainted property’. The conference materials and speaker biographies can be downloaded here.

“… a high calibre event…”

“A great deal of effort had clearly gone into the preparations and this paid off.”
